What these terms cover
Calleo is a vocabulary learning app made by an independent developer. These terms apply to the iOS app, the web app at app.calleo.xyz and this website. By using Calleo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Calleo is free
Calleo costs nothing to use. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to bill, cancel or refund. If that ever changes, anything you already have stays available to you and this page will say so first.
Your account and your sets
You can use Calleo in guest mode without an account, in which case your sets stay on your device. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. The word sets you make are yours: we store them to show them back to you and to sync them between your devices, and you can edit or delete them at any time. You are responsible for what you put in them.
What you may not do
Please do not:
- Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights
- Try to reach other people's accounts, sets or data
- Use the AI features for anything other than language learning
- Resell, rebrand or repackage Calleo as your own service
- Attack, overload or work around the technical limits of the service
AI-generated content
Translations, transcriptions and example sentences are produced by an AI model. They are usually good and sometimes wrong. Check anything that matters against a dictionary or a teacher: we cannot guarantee that generated content is accurate, and you use it at your own judgement.
Availability, changes and liability
Calleo is provided as it is, without warranties. Features may change or be discontinued, and the service can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, so keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost progress or indirect damages. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law where you live. We may update these terms; when we do, the date at the top of this page changes.
Stopping, and how to reach us
You can stop using Calleo whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account and everything in it — the Privacy Policy explains how. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Questions about this page: viacheslav@exquizite.app.
